Supported by the International Association of Addictions and Offender Counselors (IAAOC), this second annual review addresses innovation, evaluation, and program development efforts in addictions and offender counseling. Stephen Southern is Professor and Chair in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Mississippi College. Dr. Southern has integrated roles of clinician, supervisor, consultant, administrator, and educator. He has designed, implemented, and evaluated treatment programs for individuals, couples, and families, including those recovering from addiction. He has planned and organized mental health treatment programs for adult and juvenile offenders, as well. Southern is editor of the Journal of Addictions & Offender Counseling. Katherine L. Hilton is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Mississippi College. Dr. Hilton served for two years as the editorial assistant for the Journal of Addictions & Offender Counseling.
