History Is a Part Of Me

HIstory Is A Part Of Me (A Hip Hop Poem of African American Inventors)'s edutaining voice, is sure to help children understand the importance of seeing a need and filling a void. The highlighted inventions were created out of necessity by African Americans who figured out a more convenient way to live. With an activity page, crossword puzzle, and quiz to add to the poem of African American Inventors and their inventions, this lesson is not only a great tool for teaching Black History but it is also inclusive of the Common Core standards of comprehension/recall and creative writing. History Is A Part Of Me is good for test prepping season as well.
