The second most prevalent neurodegenerative ailment after Alzheimer's disease is Parkinson's disease, characterized by midbrain dopaminergic neuron loss and age-dependent motor impairment. To make Parkinson's disease risk predictable and manageable, experimental investigations based epidemiological and genetic studies are crucial.
